Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscriptions and purchases made through CodeMyWP, a service operated by M/s Terrene Tech, trading as CodeMyWP ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to or purchasing any service on CodeMyWP, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
2. No Refunds Policy
All purchases made on CodeMyWP are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not provided for any subscription fees, AI credit purchases, or any other charges processed through our platform.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees
- AI credit top-up purchases
- Any upgrade or plan change charges
- Partial billing period charges
3. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's billing settings. When you cancel:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will continue to have full access to all features of your plan until the billing period expires
- No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect
- No partial or prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining time in your billing period
4. AI Credits
AI credits included with your subscription or purchased separately are non-refundable. Unused AI credits:
- Do not carry over between billing periods for subscription-included credits
- Are forfeited upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription
- Cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway partner. Payment processing timelines are as follows:
- Subscription charges: Processed immediately upon subscription activation or renewal
- Credit top-ups: Processed immediately upon purchase and credits are available instantly
- Cancellation processing: Cancellation takes effect immediately; access continues until the billing period ends (typically within 24 hours of the billing cycle end date)
For any payment-related disputes, Razorpay's standard dispute resolution process applies. Please note that initiating a chargeback or dispute does not entitle you to a refund under this policy.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
While refunds are generally not provided, we may consider exceptions in rare circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our end
- Charges made after a successful cancellation was confirmed
Any exceptions are at our sole discretion and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of the charge.
